Die Meinung in den (deutschen) Medien geht ja sehr schwer in die Richtung "ups, kann ja mal passieren, vor allem weil es ja eigentlich laut WADA kein Doping ist."
Das es in den FIS Regularien immernoch als unerlaubte Anwendung steht wird maximal in einem Nebensatz erwähnt.
Ich will gar nicht daran denken was los wäre wenn es sich um einen Norweger, oder gar Russen handeln würde.

Hier hat wohl auch der Skiverband geschlafen:
"It is the responsibility of the National Ski Association to ensure compliance with this
Article 2.12 by all its representatives or team members. Failure to respect this
Article 2.12 constitutes an Anti-Doping Rule Violation to be adjudicated by the FIS
Doping Panel. In addition to the sanctions listed in Article 10, the FIS Doping Panel
may order the immediate removal of the Equipment from the Event Venue at the
costs of the responsible NSA. All competition results achieved after the use of the
Equipment shall be automatically disqualified. "
Ich bin kein Jurist, aber die Überschrift des Documents erscheint mir auch mißverständlich: "FIS ANTI-DOPING RULES
COMPILED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE WORLD ANTI-DOPING CODE
"
Gemäß World Anti Doping Code ist es doch erlaubt
